The new commercial development, Dubai Hills Business Park is a project from Emaar Properties, the most famous developer in the UAE, and the architectural consultant was RSP Architects, Planners & Engineers.
The development is located in Dubai Hills Estate. Four office buildings and one 7-storey car-parking building were completed in 2021. The total area of the complex is 150,000 sq m (1,615,000 sq ft). The 7- and 8-storey office buildings are named Dubai Hills Business Park Buildings 1, 2, 3 and 4, and about 200 parking spaces are presented in Dubai Hills Business Park Carpark.
Dubai Hills Business Park premises are not for sale. An office, floor or the entire building can only be rented for an annual fee of AED 75 (USD 20) per sq.ft. All buildings’ ground floors have cafeterias and kiosks, and each floor is equipped with toilets and storage areas. Between the buildings of the complex are green, landscaped grounds.

The office buildings are located in the west of the community, near Al Khail Road. Dubai Hills Park is 600 meters away from the complex, and Dubai Hills Golf Club is 3 kilometers away.

A floor of about 1,972 square meters (21,226 sq ft) can be rented for about AED 1,702,000 (USD 448,000) per year, and the entire building measuring 12,664 square meters (136,314 sq ft) can be rented for AED 10,905,100 (USD 2,871,000) per year.
