The Gate Precinct is a residential and office complex located in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). It consists of six detached buildings: The Gate Precinct 1, The Gate Precinct 2, The Gate Precinct 3, The Gate Precinct 4, The Gate Precinct 5, and Legatum Plaza. This low-rise complex was completed in 2005, and each building has between seven to nine floors. The complex offers onsite parking and reception areas, which are ideal for large and small corporate offices. Four of the buildings are surrounded by some of Dubai’s most well-known commercial buildings.
