Burj Daman (Buildings By Daman) is a mixed-use tower complex consisting of residential and commercial towers located in DIFC. Construction began in 2006 and was completed in 2013. The first 65-storey tower has luxury apartments with one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans. The second tower has offices and commercial real estate. Developed by Perkins & Will, Burj Daman covers an area of 20,438 sq. m. (220,000 sq. ft.) in DIFC. The area is Dubai’s commercial business district and is considered the leading financial centre of Africa, the Middle East, and South Asia.
