Fiora Golf Verde is a residential complex in DAMAC Hills 2. Developed by DAMAC Properties, the project was launched in 2018 and China State Construction Engineering Corporation serves as the contractor. The apartments and studios for sale are currently under construction.
Fiora Golf Verde consists of two 15-storey buildings in a new area located to the south of Dubai. The towers are united by a podium, which features a swimming pool, recreation area, and running track. The complex includes spacious studios and apartments with one and two-bedroom layouts. Residents have access to several community attractions, such as a family park, school, gym, and spa, as well as retail stores, clubs, and landscaped gardens. Dubai International Airport and Dubai Mall are located within a 35-minute drive of the complex. The Palm Jumeirah Island and Mall of the Emirates can be reached within a 40-minute drive, and the Golf Verde golf course is located within a 25-minute drive.

Thus, the return on investment rate for this type of real estate in the area is approximately 5%.
The cost of real estate in DAMAC Hills 2 has steadily increased year over year. In December 2021, the price of apartments in the area increased by more than 2%. The rental rate has also shown an upward trend in recent years.
