About the project
DAMAC Maison Bay’s Edge is an upscale hotel project located in Dubai’s central Business Bay district. The 22-story tower with a curved facade was completed in 2017. The developer of the complex was DAMAC Properties, and it is managed by DAMAC Maison, a well-known company in the hotel business.
Bay’s Edge’s collection of properties includes 220 residential units: studios and 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 39.5 square meters (425 square feet) to 210 square meters (2,260 square feet).
