Aykon City is a premium residential complex consisting of two sub-communities Aykon City East and Aykon City West. The project is located on Dubai’s central highway Sheikh Zayed Road in the Business Bay district. The project was designed by ACASA Architects & Engineering Consultants and implemented by DAMAC Properties. Aykon City East consists of four towers (Tower A, Tower B, Tower C, Tower D) located in the eastern part of Aykon City. Construction began in the summer of 2016 and was completed by the end of 2021. The towers are connected by the Aykon Plaza platform, which offers a view of the Aykon Dare tourist attraction.
