Grosvenor Business Tower is a 25-storey commercial complex in Barsha Heights, Dubai. The project was developed by Asam Investments & Real Estate, and Arcgroup Consultants served as the architect. The building was completed in 2008.
Properties include finished and fully furnished offices and retail outlets. The building is divided into four zones:
- The Avenue – ground floor retail space
- The Drive-In – two levels of underground parking
- The Corporate – central business zone
- The Unwind – rooftop leisure space with swimming pool, gym, sauna, and steam roo
Offices are located on floors nine through 24. There are six high-speed lifts that provide convenient access throughout the building.
Owners and tenants are provided with parking spaces according to the size of their premises. The complex offers 24-hour concierge services, security with video surveillance, and key card building entry.
Commercial units range in size from 200 sq. ft. (19 sq. m) to 21,021 sq. ft. (1,953 sq. m). The purchase price for office space ranges from AED 750,000 (USD 204,000) to AED 15,500,000 (USD 4,220,000).
