The Boulevard is a residential complex in the centre of Sharjah. Developed by Arada, the project is currently under construction, and it is scheduled for completion at the end of 2022.
The complex was designed using a modern style. The community is made up of several nine-storey buildings with strict geometric proportions and a monolithic structure. The first floors offer retail stores and cafés, and residents have access to an onsite health club and swimming pool. There is a common recreation area that creates a social environment for residents.

The development is located in Sharjah, the capital of the Emirate of Sharjah. It is a culture and business hub with a dynamic economy, and it is situated in the Aljada district. The Boulevard is a relatively new project with the construction of the first buildings beginning in 2018.
The community is connected to other cities via Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. Residents have easy access to the Dubai International Airport, which is located within a 25-minute drive of the residences, and Sharjah, which can be reached within a 13-minute drive.

Due to the fact that the project is new, there is no exact data on the payback period. However, analysts predict that the return rate will be at least 5.8%, per annum.
The community is part of a free economic zone. Owners are exempt from paying taxes, and they may rent or sell properties at their discretion. The complex is located within close proximity to the city centre and the emirate’s institutions for higher education, which results in high demand for local real estate.
