Ansam 3 is one of three buildings that make up the Ansam development. It is located on the west side of Yas Island in Abu Dhabi. The project was developed by Aldar Properties, a large company specialising in luxury real estate construction in the UAE. The building was completed in 2018. The complex was designed using an Andalusian architectural style and features a stately white facade and arched windows. The building also has balconies with decorative elements that blend in well with the lush natural landscape of the island. There are a total of 547 residential units, including studios and one- to three-bedroom apartments.

The community is an artificial island with an area of 2,500 hectares situated in the east of Abu Dhabi, created by separating part of the mainland using a sea channel.
