Hayyan Arim Villas

Hayyan Arim Villas is a new residential community located in Al Bedea Suburb just off Emirates Road, which connects Sharjah and Dubai. The project was developed by Sharjah’s leading developer Alef Group. Residential units are currently under construction, and the community is scheduled for completion in Q2 2025.

There are a total of 727 premium villas and townhouses. Properties have modern facades with an interesting design that uses grey tones.
