About Seih Al Ghubb

Seih Al Ghubb is a residential neighbourhood located in Ras Al Khaimah. It is a small community of low-rise buildings that is situated in the eastern part of the city. Despite the remoteness of the area, it has its own developed infrastructure. It is commonly referred to as the new Ras Al Khaimah in contrast to the old central part of the Arabian Gulf Coast.

The architectural design of the buildings features a historic traditional style. Properties primarily include two- to five-bedroom villas. Two-bedroom villas have an average size of 3,000 sq. ft.

One- and two-storey residential units are reminiscent of the buildings found in ancient Arab cities. They were designed using a sandy colour palette. Arched windows, carved doors, wall ornaments, and roofs with turrets represent traditional motifs. Manar Mall has 120 retail outlets, dozens of bakeries, cafes, and snack bars, including KFC, McDonald’s, Chili’s, the Coffee Club, Chowking, Massaya, Hardee’s, Chinese Dragon, Pappa Roti, Baskin Robbins, Yellow Chilli By Sanjeev Kapoor, Pizza Company. For groceries and household goods, residents can shop at Carrefour and Mall Mart, which are located inside the malls. Shaklan Market and Shamal Grocery can also be reached within a seven-minute drive.
