These towers form the first residential release within the district and feature studios to 3-bedroom apartments, along with retail components. Additionally, the newly launched Vision Iconic Tower represents a premium ultra-luxury vertical landmark within the masterplan, offering larger-format 1 to 5-bedroom residences with panoramic skyline views and elevated specifications.
The development is designed as a “city within a city” concept, integrating 15,000 residential units with comprehensive infrastructure, including retail boulevards, parks, green corridors, wellness and sports zones, dining and entertainment spaces, cultural areas, and dedicated mobility hubs. The masterplan blends automotive identity with architectural foresight — combining clarity, emotion, and intelligence — to 12 towers inspired by Mercedes-Benz’s “Sensual Purity” design philosophy.
This marks Binghatti’s first master-planned community and branded collaboration with Mercedes-Benz. Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City has officially launched its Phase 1 release, introducing the Maybach Towers collection alongside the newly unveiled Vision Iconic Tower. Phase 1 comprises three Maybach-branded residential buildings totaling 3,949 units, forming the first vertical component of the 15,000-unit master-planned district.
Property Types:
The Maybach Towers include Maybach Single Tower, Maybach Ultimate Luxury (TA & TB), and Maybach 6 (TA & TB). Together, these buildings offer studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments, along with integrated retail components at the podium level. The anticipated completion for Phase 1 is Q2 2028, with projected service charges in the range of AED 18–20 per sq. ft.

In addition to the Maybach Towers, the district has recently launched Vision Iconic Tower, positioned as an ultra-luxury vertical landmark within Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City. This tower introduces larger-format residences ranging from one to five bedrooms. Starting prices are AED 2,600,000 for one-bedroom units, AED 3,900,000 for two-bedroom residences, AED 6,250,000 for three-bedroom apartments, AED 12,500,000 for four-bedroom layouts, and AED 19,000,000 for five-bedroom residences. The tower follows a 70/30 payment plan structure with an Expression of Interest starting from AED 20,000 and an anticipated completion date of September 2028.
