Two ambitious new projects by Emaar Properties

Emaar Properties, Dubai’s largest listed developer, has announced its plans to create two new premier complexes – The Heights Country Club and Grand Club Resort. With a combined value of AED 96B (USD 21B), these projects will continue to highlight Emaar’s focus on luxury and high-end residences, specifically featuring a significant number of villas and townhouses.

The Heights Country Club will span an impressive 81 million sq. ft and require an investment of AED 55B (USD 15B). The Grand Club Resort, covering over 60 million sq. ft, is expected to cost AED 41B (USD 11.2B) and will prioritise wellness features.

The Heights Country Club will be situated in the emerging Al Yalayis area of Dubai, while the Grand Club Resort will be located adjacent to Emaar’s ongoing project, The Oasis, near Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street. The Oasis itself is set to offer more than 7,000 residential units.

Emaar Properties is expected to reveal more information about their Dubai Creek Harbour project later this year. This tower was originally planned to be the tallest in the world, but, due to various changes, it will come up just short of the record. Construction of the tower has already begun.
