New residential project, Samana Golf Views, in Dubai Sports City

Samana Developers, a Dubai-based real estate company, is launching a series of new projects this year, with the Samana Golf Views being located in Dubai Sports City. The project will cost an estimated AED 300M (USD 82M) and will overlook The Els Club Golf Course.

Dubai Sports City ranks in the top 10 most popular places in Dubai to live. Thanks to being strategically located near both Hessa Street and Al Khail Road, future residents will be able to easily access a variety of landmarks and social infrastructure, such as Burj Khalifa, Mall of the Emirates, Dubai International Cricket Stadium, several schools, nurseries and shopping centres, to name a few.

The CEO of Samana Developers, Imran Farooq, states that the goal of the Samana Golf Views community is to be centred around sustainability, health, and futuristic living. It will provide its residents an active lifestyle, a serene atmosphere and excellent connectivity to other neighbourhoods.

Samana Golf Views will have 128 studios and 115 1, 2, or 3-bedroom apartments, each with the option of coming furnished or unfurnished. The main feature of the residences is the private pool that is allocated to each apartment. Additional amenities will include a community swimming pool with a pool deck and children’s pool, children’s play area, sauna and steam rooms, indoor and outdoor gyms, 24-hour security and much more.

The project is scheduled for completion in Q2 2026.
