Metropolitan Premium Properties Senior Sales Manager Rasha Ibrahim has been named among the top Real Estate Legend 2024 by Arabian Business

A special edition of Arabian Business has unveiled leading figures who are helping to develop the UAE’s cutting-edge property industry. The Real Estate Legend 2024 award was presented to Rasha Ibrahim, Senior Sales Manager at Metropolitan Premium Properties.

Rasha’s introduction to real estate began in her youth when she worked as a translator at international property exhibitions. This experience sparked her interest in the field. Her professional journey started with working in the premium hotel industry.

In the following years, Rasha worked at Meraas/Dubai Holding, where she quickly became one of the top three sales leaders and also managed to secure a prestigious position at the Royal Family’s presidential airline, Al Nahyan in Abu Dhabi.

As part of Metropolitan Premium Properties, Rasha Ibrahim reaches the heights as a property broker and has won Top 10 Achiever Awards year after year.

Beyond 2021, Rasha’s career has gained greater traction. For 2022, her property sales exceeded AED 1.5B (USD 408M), bringing her widespread recognition. An outstanding achievement in the same year was the Black Onyx Award from Meraas, recognising the best sales performance. Rasha’s particular prowess in the ultra-luxury property segment earned her the title of ‘Queen of Bulgari Island’, thanks to her impressive AED 500M (USD 136M) sales of residences on the island.
