Metropolitan Group ranked 13th in Best Workplaces for Millennials™️ in GCC two years in a row

In 2023, Metropolitan Group took 13th place out of 50 in the Best Workplaces for Millennials™️ in GCC ratings for the second year in a row. The company held the exact same spot the previous year. Annual research is conducted by Great Place to Work® and is based on employee surveys. High rankings indicate a well-developed company culture and the company’s attractiveness to new employees.

Metropolitan Group has been included several times in the list of best employers by Great Place to Work®. In 2023, the company took sixth place in the UAE’s Best Workplaces™ ratings among small and medium-sized companies, moving up three places from the previous year’s ratings. In 2022, Metropolitan Group topped the chart for the Best Workplaces for Women™ to work and took fourth place in the Best Workplaces in the Middle East™ ratings for small and medium-sized businesses.
