Emaar Properties is redesigning Dubai Creek Tower

As revealed in a statement by Emirates News Agency, Emaar Properties is currently redesigning its iconic Dubai Creek Tower project. Over the next 7-8 months, the developer, in partnership with an unnamed international company, plans to create a fresh concept for the tower. The design firm was carefully selected by Emaar Properties through a competition. According to Mohamed Alabbar, the company founder, the construction of Dubai Creek Tower is planned to begin in one year.

Emaar Properties is one of the country’s leading property developers, famous for its outstanding quality and on-time deliveries. As stated by Alabbar, the company aims to deliver 45 towers, consisting of 15,000 apartments this year (2023).

Also, the founder said there are long-term expansion plans amidst the thriving success of the company. The plans are to be realised in the next 15-20 years, with an array of new projects to be launched.

Recently, the master developer released Tower 2 of its popular Bayview by Address Resorts project on Emaar Beachfront. Now, there are gorgeous 1-3 bedroom apartments and 5-6 bedroom penthouses available for purchase. The development will have everything necessary for a comfortable living environment, including an infinity swimming pool, BBQ areas, a podium rooftop garden, boutiques & cafes, among other amenities.
