Ellington Properties to launch the Dutco Ellington brand in collaboration with Dutco

Ellington Properties, one of Dubai’s leading boutique developers, and Dutco, a major conglomerate with operations in construction, real estate, hospitality, energy, and trading, have announced an exclusive partnership. The two giants will release an array of elite residential projects in large communities across the emirate under the Dutco Ellington brand. In the first phase of the collaboration, Dutco Ellington will release two waterfront developments offering high-end lifestyle and world-class amenities.

According to Tariq Baker, vice chairman and managing director of Dutco, the company is looking forward to working with Ellington Properties on residential projects in the emirate. Dutco’s expansion into real estate development brings together the conglomerate’s in-depth real estate expertise and its construction arm famed for its on-time delivery and high quality.
