Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences – new launch in Dubai

Binghatti, who is one of the major property developers in the UAE, is set to build the world’s tallest residential structure in collaboration with the iconic jewellery company; Jacob &Co. Called Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences, the record-breaking luxury complex will be nestled in the dynamic Business Bay area, and is set to comprise of more than 100 floors, with a whopping height of 1,827 sq. ft. The current record for the tallest residential-only building belongs to the Central Park Tower in New York 1,549 ft high.

The breathtaking design of the envisioned opulent tower will be inspired by the complex horological movements in the ultra-refined Jacob & Co watches. The peak of the branded development, meanwhile, will be adorned with the diamond-shaped spires reminiscent of an actual crown. Apart from being engaged in the design process of the highly-anticipated skyscraper, Jacob & Co will offer skillfully crafted jewellery and watches, most of which are unique or limited edition pieces, which prospective clients and buyers can acquire along with their deluxe homes.

Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences will offer a bespoke range of 2 and 2 plus-bedroom apartments, called Emerald Villas and Sapphire Villas, and 3-bedroom apartments in the Ruby Villas collection. Those who prefer more space will appreciate 4-bedroom Diamond Sky Mansions and 6-bedroom Fleur De Jardin Sky Mansions. In addition, there will be just 3 limited edition, high-spec penthouses, which will come in 2 types – two 5-bedroom Astronomia Sky Penthouses and one 7-bedroom The Billionaire Sky Penthouse.
