Tulip Park is a residential complex located in Jumeirah Village Circle, District 14, Dubai. The project was developed by AB Properties (Bhatia Group) and was implemented in 2012. The development consists of low-rise buildings that are surrounded by parks with plenty of plants. Each building is named after a flower, and residents can enjoy a tulip park. Properties include three- to four-bedroom townhouses that range in size from 1,386 sq. ft. to 3,550 sq. ft. The two-story buildings were designed using a traditional architectural style that features carved elements on the facades, smooth lines, and arched windows.
