The Floating Venice

The Floating Venice is a unique, luxury multifunctional complex located on the World Islands, a development is set to be one of Dubai’s newest attractions.

Properties include the Captain Suite, Commodore Suite, and Admiral Suite, which offer panoramic views of the sea. Units are elegant and spacious, and they are available to buy and rent. When completed, the Floating Venice is set to become the world’s first five-star on-the-water accommodation with multiple underwater cabins. Residents and guests will be able to admire coral reefs and sea life from the suites.

Rooms have a minimum size of 64 sq. m (694 sq. ft.) and a starting price of AED 3,000,000 (USD 817,000).

The Floating Venice is accessible by boat, seaplane, and helicopter, which depart and arrive from the island’s main square San Marco. The reception area is also located there. Guests are transported from the main square to the villas by real Venetian gondolas. Villas can also be accessed by narrow paths and bridges that cross the canals. The complex holds up to 3,000 people at one time.

The World Islands offers select properties for sale, including whole and particle areas. Investors can purchase property in an undeveloped island or in an island that already has several villas, attractions, and facilities. As the project develops, the price of real estate on the Heart of Europe archipelago will continue to grow.

Villa owners have the right to live in the unit for two weeks each year. The rest of the time, villas are rented out, which can generate a high income. Cabins have a return on investment rate of 8.34%.
