Construction of the development began in 2008, and it was completed in 2011. Properties include four-bedroom townhouses that were designed using a Victorian style. Large windows offer beautiful views of Masha Street, a central tree-lined street. Townhouses have three floors with the top two separated from the first. The ground floors have lawns, verandas, terraces, and parking.
