Golf Views is a multi-purpose, 27-storey building with two basements and five podiums located in Jumeirah Lakes Towers. The complex is considered the second-largest building in Dubai.
Developed by Seven Tides Real Estate, the project launched in May 2018 and is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2023. The general contractor is Airolink Building Contracting.

Prices per unit ranges from AED 163,000 (USD 45,000) to AED 1,703,000 (USD 464,000), depending on the number of rooms.
