Armada Towers is a residential complex located in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai. Commissioned in 2010, the project was developed by Armada Group and consists of three high-rise buildings: Towers 1, 2, and 3. The architectural design was implemented by Adnan Saffarin, and the buildings form the shape of three ships that are sailing in different directions. Tower 1 has 36 floors. Tower 2 has 40 floors, and Tower 3 has 33 floors. The first and third towers consist of residential units, and the second tower has commercial space and a 78-room hotel, Armada BlueBay.

There are a total of 1,200 residential units, including studios, one- to three-bedroom apartments, and four-bedroom penthouses. Most apartments have open-plan kitchens with appliances and breakfast bars. All bedrooms have roomy built-in closets, and master bedrooms have walk-in closets. Units also feature floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows and balconies.

Properties have a minimum size of 480 sq. ft., and studios have a starting price of AED 540,000 (USD 147,000). Tower 2 offers fully equipped and unfurnished offices.
