About Area

Hoshi is a residential area on the outskirts of Sharjah near the Dubai/Sharjah border. Unlike most other areas, Hoshi does not have large residential developments, only villas, which are detached and have spacious interiors.

Three- to five-bedroom villas are available to buy and rent. Properties have modern designs and all of the necessary amenities. Villas include kitchens, pantries, prayer rooms, laundry rooms, staff accommodations, bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms, spacious dining areas, and large lounge areas. Infrastructure and location

Hoshi is bordered by Al Noaf, the University City Sharjah, and Al Falah Suburb. It is also located near Emirates Road, which provides direct routes to other parts of the emirate. Residents can easily travel around using personal vehicles and cabs. The nearest bus stops are New Industrial Area and Junction.

For groceries and household goods, residents can shop at Ashkanani Supermarket and Mansoura Grocery, which are situated in Hoshi. Al Marah Supermarket is located in the neighbouring area of Al Noaf. Sharjah Co-operative Supermarket and Al Madinah Supermarket can be reached within a 10-minute drive of the villas. The nearest major shopping centre, Safeer Market, is located within a 15-minute drive, and the City Centre Al Zahia Shopping Centre is situated within a 20-minute drive.

Hoshi is home to Khalid Kazim College, Al Qarain Primary & Secondary School, Al Asma Elementary School, and Al Wahda Private School. Sharjah International School can be reached within a five-minute drive of the residences. The University of City Sharjah is located within a 10-minute drive. The American University of Sharjah, the University of Sharjah, the Higher Colleges of Technology, Al Qasimia University, and the Exeed School of Business and Finance are also in the emirate of Sharjah.

For medical care, residents can go to Thumbay Hospital and DHA Medical Fitness Centre, which can be reached within a 15-minute drive of Hoshi.

Sharjah National Park, one of the emirate’s most popular leisure areas, is situated within a 15-minute drive of Hoshi. It is the largest green area in Sharjah. Visitors can enjoy playgrounds, cycling paths, barbecue areas, a duck pond, a mosque, and a miniature replica of Sharjah.
