Hoshi is a residential area on the outskirts of Sharjah near the Dubai/Sharjah border. Unlike most other areas, Hoshi does not have large residential developments, only villas, which are detached and have spacious interiors.
Three- to five-bedroom villas are available to buy and rent. Properties have modern designs and all of the necessary amenities. Sharjah International School can be reached within a five-minute drive of the residences. The University of City Sharjah is located within a 10-minute drive. The American University of Sharjah, the University of Sharjah, the Higher Colleges of Technology, Al Qasimia University, and the Exeed School of Business and Finance are also in the emirate of Sharjah.
