The Residences is a premium residential project by developer Emaar Properties and architectural firm Woods Bagot UAE. It is located in Downtown Dubai and consists of nine towers with varying numbers of floors (from 24 to 41). It was commissioned in 2007. There are 1056 apartments and 29 penthouses in the complex. Living quarters are equipped with panoramic windows overlooking the skyscraper Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain, as well as the city park Burj Park by Emaar. There are often concerts and festivals in the open air there.
