About the project

Imperial Avenue is a new project in the center of Dubai by the developer Shapoorji Pallonji. The architecture of the 45-storey building contains unusual elements. The smoothly shaped structure has three towers of different heights. They are joined into a monolithic structure with an original three-level podium. On the first floor there is a lobby of 929 sq. m (10,000 sq. ft). Above that are the grounds with landscaping and seating. Then the residential floors begin. The project has been underway since September 2016. As of May 2021, the façade has already been completed and interior finishes have begun.

There are a total of 424 properties in Imperial Avenue:

  • 1-4 bedroom apartments;
  • six villas with 3 to 5 bedrooms on the podium;
  • eight penthouses on the upper floors with panoramic views of the sea and the city.

In this multi-storey apartment complex, a unique infrastructure has been created. There are landscape pools on the roofs of the two towers.

Residents have access to:

  • a gym;
  • a theater;
  • a court;
  • a sauna;
  • a party room.

The complex has a five-level parking lot, stores, and an ATM. The house provides a 24-hour concierge service with the necessary staffing levels for comfortable living.

Imperial Avenue by Shapoorji Pallonji

Properties ranging in size from 80 to 551 sq. m (863 to 5938 sq. ft) are already available for purchase in the building under construction. Prices range from AED 1,700,000 (USD 462,830) to AED 15,600,000 (USD 4,250,000). For example, two-bedroom apartments under construction cost AED 2,850,000 (USD 775,921).

All residences feature premium amenities and a thoughtful layout. The interior is characterized by natural materials such as marble and wood.

Imperial Avenue is located in Downtown Dubai overlooking the iconic Burj Khalifa Tower and Dubai Canal.

From Imperial Avenue you can quickly reach all the important areas of the city by car or public transportation. Nearby are many restaurants and supermarkets. A large shopping mall is a 9-minute drive away. The international airport can be reached in 19 minutes. Business Bay Metro Station is just a 25-minute walk away. Within the same distance is a major highway, the E11.

There is a school close to the house. Nearby are social facilities and medical clinics providing various services.
