About the project

Boulevard Point is a project from Emaar Properties, the UAE’s leading public real estate developer in collaboration with Dewan Architects & Engineers. The 63-story futuristic skyscraper, which was completed in 2020, is located in the central district of Downtown Dubai and has a height of 280 meters.
