About the project
Boulevard Point is a project from Emaar Properties, the UAE’s leading public real estate developer in collaboration with Dewan Architects & Engineers. The 63-story futuristic skyscraper, which was completed in 2020, is located in the central district of Downtown Dubai and has a height of 280 meters.
Boulevard Point has a collection of 330 residential properties – apartments with one, two, three, five bedrooms and duplexes. The stylish and luxurious interior of the residences will meet the needs of residents with the most refined taste. Residences have a comfortable layout, and their interior is a harmonious combination of marble, glass, wood and stone, made in neutral tones of gray and brown.
