By 2019, the community was fully built and ready for living in. The Bluewaters complex includes ten apartment buildings, 17 townhouses and four penthouses. Residents of the penthouses can expect spacious housing with five bedrooms, bathrooms and extended living areas. One or two parking spaces are provided with each penthouse.
