About the area
Al Tai, also known as Al Tayy, is a small neighbourhood set back from the centre and coast of Sharjah. It is part of the Al Suyoh suburb and is located near the border of Dubai at the intersection of Emirates Road and Sharjah-Kalba Road. The area consists of three sub-communities: Nasma Residences, Basateen Al Tayy, and Wahat Al Tayy. Properties include villas and townhouses, and there are also plots of land available. The community covers an area of 14m sq. ft. and is owned by United Investments Group (UIG). Residential units are being built by Asas Real Estate.
The area is set away from the hustle and bustle of the emirate, which creates an eco-friendly living environment that is ideal for families with children. Additionally, housing prices are affordable and rental rates attract those who work in Dubai. At the moment, Al Tai is still under construction. Al Tai consists of three residential communities: Nasma Residences, Basateen Al Tayy, and Wahat Al Tayy.
Nasma Residences is the most developed complex in the area and consists of 1,100 properties. Some of the units have already been commissioned, while others are still under construction. The community has an abundance of green areas with cycling and jogging paths, and residents have easy access to a large shopping mall.
