Al Tai, also known as Al Tayy, is a small neighbourhood set back from the centre and coast of Sharjah. It is part of the Al Suyoh suburb and is located near the border of Dubai at the intersection of Emirates Road and Sharjah-Kalba Road. The area consists of three sub-communities: Nasma Residences, Basateen Al Tayy, and Wahat Al Tayy. Properties include villas and townhouses, and there are also plots of land available. The community covers an area of 14m sq. ft. and is owned by United Investments Group (UIG). Residential units are being built by Asas Real Estate.
The area is set away from the hustle and bustle of the emirate, which creates an eco-friendly living environment that is ideal for families with children. Additionally, housing prices are affordable and rental rates attract those who work in Dubai. At the moment, Al Tai is still under construction. However, residents have easy access to all of the necessary facilities, including schools, hospitals, and parks.
Residents prefer to travel around using personal vehicles. Al Khawaneej is located within a 20-minute drive and has additional educational facilities, parks, and recreational areas. University City is also situated within a short drive and is home to several universities in Sharjah.
Al Tai is home to Nasma Square Shopping Centre, the Point Sharjah Shop, and Starbucks. During its development, the area has launched various shops and leisure areas. Residents can also access additional facilities in neighbouring communities. Alsiyouh Nursery and Zulal Outlet Al Suyoh can be reached within a five-minute drive of the residences.

Al Tai is a family-friendly neighbourhood with a selection of schools, universities, shops, medical centres, and recreation areas. The community predominantly consists of large detached villas and two- to three-bedroom townhouses. Properties have reasonable rental prices and are situated near Emirates Road. As a result, units are in demand among those working in Dubai.
Properties belong to the premium segment of the market and are available to buy and rent. Residential complexes offer many profitable investment opportunities. Two-bedroom units at Nasma Residence cost approximately AED 55,000 (USD 15,000), and five-bedroom villas cost approximately AED 160,000 (USD 43,000).

Al Tai consists of three residential communities: Nasma Residences, Basateen Al Tayy, and Wahat Al Tayy.
Nasma Residences is the most developed complex in the area and consists of 1,100 properties. Some of the units have already been commissioned, while others are still under construction. The community has an abundance of green areas with cycling and jogging paths, and residents have easy access to a large shopping mall. Two- and five-bedroom villas and townhouses range in size from 1,290 sq. ft. to 4,700 sq. ft. and range in price from AED 995,000 (USD 270,000) to AED 3,400,000 (USD 926,000).
Basateen Al Tayy offers three- to five-bedroom villas that range in size from 5,002 sq. ft. to 7,272 sq. ft. Some properties are move-in-ready, and others are still under construction. Units range in price from AED 2,640,000 (USD 720,000) to AED 3,630,000 (USD 990,000). It is also possible to buy a plot of land with an area of 11,300 sq. ft. for AED 900,000 (USD 245,000).
Wahat Al Tayy offers five-bedroom villas that range in size from 4,600 sq. ft. to 5,200 sq. ft. and range in price from AED 2,000,000 (USD 545,000) to AED 2,900,000 (USD 790,000). Plots of land, with areas of 12,000 sq. ft., can be purchased for AED 1,020,000 (USD 280,000).

There are several must-see attractions located near the community. Sharjah International Airport, Sharjah National Park, Sharjah Knowledge Centre, and Sharjah Classic Cars Museum are situated within a 15-minute drive of Al Tai. There are many family-friendly recreational areas in the neighbouring emirate of Dubai. Mushrif Park can be reached within a 15-minute drive.
