Sky Gardens

Sky Gardens is an apartment complex on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi. The project was implemented by General Housing Company (GHC) and was designed by the famous Hong Kong architect and designer James Lowe. The project was completed in 2011.

The complex is a modern 36-storey building with spacious apartments and two-level “sky” villas.

Apartments have from 1 to 3 bedrooms, and the total area ranges from 1,033 to 2,082 sq. ft. They have built-in dressing rooms, bathrooms with Grohe and Villeroy & Boch premium plumbing, a roomy pantry, staff room and a balcony. All residences have an air conditioning system with individual climate control in each room and built-in LED lighting. Exceptionally high ceilings, custom designs in accordance with future residents’ preferences and large panoramic windows that offer views of the sea and the surrounding area of Al Reem Island, make Sky Gardens an incredibly comfortable place to live.

The complex has all the necessary amenities: six high-speed elevators, an elegant lobby, and multi-level parking. Residents have access to a pool and spa centre, a barbecue area, and a fitness room. For security, Sky Gardens features a 24-hour video surveillance system. The landscaped surrounding area around the complex is great for hiking and relaxing. A children’s playground is available for families with children.

In March 2023, the price for 1-bedroom apartments at Sky Gardens starts at AED 850,000 (USD 232,000).

Al Reem Island, where the Sky Gardens complex was built, has developed infrastructure and direct access to the beaches. In addition, the area has received environmentally-friendly status, which makes living there even more attractive.

Near the Sky Gardens complex, you can find all the basic amenities: stores, restaurants, parks for walking and recreation, shopping and entertainment centres, and sports and educational institutions.

The rate of return on investments in the purchase of 1-bedroom apartments at Sky Gardens is 6.5% per annum.
