They are a single architectural design with a podium hosting several shops and equipped with a 5-level parking lot. The buildings are symmetrically located on the wave-like line of the podium. The architectural style was developed by the Architectural Consulting Group and was implemented in 2011 by the developer Dhafir Development & Contracting LLC. All residences are furnished and embellished with windows and balconies overlooking the Arabian Gulf.
