Al Mamourah is a suburban community located in the northern part of Ras Al Khaimah. The area is dominated by mid-rise residential buildings. The community is not large in size. However, it is equipped with all of the necessary facilities to ensure a comfortable living environment. Residents can take advantage of a developed network of highways, which provide direct routes to other parts of the emirate. Residences are situated near Al Montaser Road and Ahmad Bin Majid Road, which connect to Al Manama Ras Al Khaimah Road, one of the area’s main thoroughfares. The community is not serviced by public transportation, so residents are advised to travel by personal vehicles and cabs.
Properties include studios, apartments, and villas. One- to two-bedroom apartments range in size from 560 sq. ft. to 850 sq. ft. Units feature ensuite bathrooms, enclosed kitchens, living areas, balconies, marble flooring, built-in closets, modern bathroom fixtures, and kitchen furniture. Studios cover an area of 300 sq. ft. and are the most budget-friendly housing options. Most residential complexes have retail stores and cafes on the first floors.
Al Mamourah has a limited number of one- and two-storey villas with three- to five-bedroom layouts. Units are located on individual plots, and buildings vary in architectural style. Each villa has a plot of land, parking, and fenced-in areas. Interiors have staff accommodations, large halls, and majlis for receiving and entertaining guests. Three-bedroom villas have an average size of 3,000 sq. ft.
The neighbourhood has many interesting features. Despite the fact that it is a suburb, there are several nearby educational institutions, medical facilities, and entertainment venues. Al Mamourah Medical Center is located in the centre of the community in a two-story building, and it provides a large selection of high-quality services. The streets are lined with retail stores, cafes, and auto repair shops. There are commercial establishments on the first floors of residential buildings and in adjoining single-story pavilions. Street parking is available for a nominal cost.
Al Mamourah has many mini-markets and retail stores. For groceries and household goods, residents can shop at stores situated on the first floors of the complexes. Mango Hypermarket is situated in the northern part of the community, and Faisal, Ya Hala Grocery, and Mamourah can be reached within a short drive of the residences. The area is popular among families with children due to the many local schools, kindergartens, and private educational centres. A few of the top-rated schools include Ibn Al Qayeem School, the American Academy, Indian School, Pakistan Higher Secondary School, and Little Oxford Kindergarten. The American University of Ras Al Khaimah is located within a 10-minute drive.
RAK Palace is situated within a five-minute drive of the community and has clothing boutiques, jewellery stores, electronic shops, and more. The RAK Expo Center and Gulf Cinema can be reached within a 10-minute drive. Residents have easy access to a selection of restaurants and cafes, such as Maarid, Hadramout Mandi, and Madfoon. Ras Al Khaimah International Airport is located within a 25-minute drive.
The Al Mamourah area offers many lucrative real estate investment opportunities. It is a vibrant community with a well-developed infrastructure. Residential units are in demand among families with children due to the availability of nearby educational facilities. Studios are also popular among tourists. Property prices are more affordable here than in the city centre, and it is easy for residents to get to key attractions due to a vast network of roadways.
Residential units have a return on investment rate of approximately 8.4%. Villas are less popular. However, they can be purchased to rent out, which can generate a stable passive income. Villas have an average annual return on investment rate of 4.9%, and studios have an average annual rental rate of AED 15,000 (USD 4,000).

Al Shamiya Building is a six-storey residential complex located on Island Street. Properties include studios and one- to two-bedroom apartments that have a minimum size of 560 sq. ft. The building provides private parking, and there are retail stores on the first floor.
Concorde Building is a residential complex situated in the heart of the community. The development consists of two four-storey buildings. Building 1 has 69 residential units, and Building 2 has 58 residential units and 11 commercial spaces. Properties in Building 2 include studios and one- to two-bedroom apartments that range in size from 430 sq. ft. to 1,000 sq. ft. The complex also has four-bedroom duplexes.
