Tiger Group is a property development company that was founded in 1976. Since then, the company has been actively expanding its operations, and today, it has more than 10 companies in the UAE. One of those companies is Tiger Industries, which supplies construction materials for real estate projects. The company also has its own manufacturing company, which guarantees high-quality materials and ensures expert logistical services for supplying raw materials. In addition to design and construction, the organisation has excelled in facility management, hospitality, manufacturing, education, and healthcare.

Tiger Group is one of the largest property developers in the UAE. Headquartered in Sharjah, the firm also has projects in Dubai. Its vice president is Walid Mohammad Al Zoubi.

Recent projects include residential and commercial buildings, shops, and showrooms. Tiger Group aims to provide competitive prices, good locations, and high-quality construction. There is also a strong emphasis on design, particularly with providing luxurious interiors with floor-to-ceiling windows.

To date, the company has completed 250 projects, and the construction of new residential properties is well underway. Over its history, the company has been able to cover the Gulf region, the Middle East, and Turkey. Tiger Group has won several industry awards, including recognition at the Asiavision Excellence Awards in 2018.

Tiger Group has implemented several popular projects in Dubai, including the Square, O2 Tower, and Al Manara Tower.

The Square is a new residential project within a 42-storey tower located in Jumeirah Village Circle. The project was completed in 2021 and includes 346 residential properties. Units feature studios and one-bedroom apartments that range in size from 330 sq. ft. (31 sq. m.) to 906 sq. ft. (84 sq. m.), and prices range from AED 349,000 (USD 95,000) to AED 694,000 (USD 189,000). Property buyers have the option to purchase half floors with an area of 16,716 sq. ft. (1,553 sq. m.) for AED 10,030,000 (USD 2,731,000).
