The project was implemented by Deyaar Development PJSC. The architect of the complex was the company Archdome Consulting Engineers. The construction began in 2008. In 2011 the complex was put into operation. Separate saunas and steam rooms for men and women, a jacuzzi, and a perfectly equipped gym are at residents’ disposal. The roof terrace garden and pool area on the ground floor are perfect for family recreation.
