The club includes 300 centrally air-conditioned polo stables, 60 centrally air-conditioned racing and breeding stables, 240 temporary stables to provide space for guests, an outdoor training ring and 26 various-sized paddocks, 50 visiting stables, as well as 8 polo fields. Ghantoot Racing & Polo Club also hosts many sporting and entertainment events throughout the year.
Ghantoot Marina and Resort is located only 20 minutes from the emirate of Dubai and 40 minutes from the center of Abu Dhabi. Facilities of the attraction comprise a gymnasium, a swimming pool and a private beach. There are also 250 available berths on the territory of Ghantoot Marina and Resort, and seven of them can accommodate superyachts of up to 180 feet.

Property sizes of villas in Al Jurf Gardens range from 2,238 sq. ft to 4,262 sq. ft. The minimum cost for a 2-bedroom villa in the Al Jurf Gardens community constitutes AED 1,800,000 (USD 490,000).
