About the project

One Park Avenue is an apartment complex in Sobha Hartland Community. It is located in the Mohammed Bin Rashid City neighborhood. The project will be launched in 2019. The development and construction is being done by Sobha Realty. The facility will be commissioned in April 2023.

The 28-story One Park Avenue building will contain 403 residential units. There will be apartments with 1 to 4 bedrooms, with balconies, and equipped with kitchens and built-in closets.

For a comfortable stay technology will be implemented to create a “smart home” with automatic sensors. A special feature of the project will be the Sky Gardens, which are located in the center of the building on floors 10, 14 and 18. They are specially designed by PNC Architects for One Park Avenue.

The architectural style of the building is based on modern technology and brevity. The tower overlooks Dubai Creek and Ras Al Khor reserve, the attractions of the area and the city center.

Apartments at One Park Avenue start at 68.7 sq. m (739 sq. ft). One bedroom units cost approximately AED 1,209,395 (USD 329,253).

Close proximity to Ras Al Khor freeway and exits to Al Ain – Dubai Road allow for easy commuting within the city. Downtown Dubai and Business Bay, both major business districts, are just a 20-minute drive away. Dubai International Airport is a 17-minute drive away.
