Investment outlook

Market Context

Mina Al Arab is moving into a new phase of growth as RAK Properties continues to expand the masterplan with new residential and lifestyle projects. In 2025, the developer announced an AED 5 billion development pipeline for Mina, with most upcoming projects focused on Raha Island and the Downtown Mina district.

Raha Island is at the centre of this expansion, with new additions including Mina Boulevard, marina facilities, Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Ras Al Khaimah and Four Seasons Resort and Residences. Mina Al Arab also benefits from its proximity to Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah’s main tourism destination and the future home of Wynn Al Marjan Island. The growth of the emirate’s tourism sector is expected to support demand for coastal communities in the surrounding area.
