About Al Mamzar

Al Mamzar Sharjah is part of the larger Al Mamzar area. The other two parts include a separate island and the Al Mamzar Dubai area. Al Mamzar Sharjah’s panoramic skyline is dominated by high-rise towers, which are home to residential and commercial properties. Units are available to buy and rent, and they have panoramic windows that provide beautiful views of a park, the Arabian Gulf, and Al Mamzar Lake.

Al Mamzar Sharjah is U-shaped and borders the developments of Al Khan and Al Nahda. Al Mamzar Sharjah is adjacent to Ittihad Street, which provides a connection to Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai’s main thoroughfare, and Dubai Frame within a 15-minute drive. Dubai International Airport and the Deira shopping and market area can also be reached within a 15-minute drive. Sharjah International Airport is situated within a 30-minute drive.

Expo Centre Sharjah and the Al Qasba Promenade, an area with rides in Al Khan, are located within a 10-minute drive. The area is also situated within a 10- to 15-minute drive of many popular destinations, including:

Al Mamzar Sharjah offers many lucrative real estate investment opportunities. Properties can be rented out on a long- or short-term basis.

Residents have easy access to a local sandy beach, and Expo Centre Sharjah, the city centre, and Dubai International Airport can be reached within a short drive. Al Mamzar Towers is a 47-storey building located on the Arabian Gulf. It has a gym, a swimming pool, and four levels of parking. Properties currently include one- to three-bedroom apartments that range in size from 900 sq. ft. to 3,200 sq. ft.

Properties at Lagoon Tower include two-bedroom apartments that are available to rent. Units are 1,600 sq. ft. The building is located on Corniche Road.

La Plage Tower has offices, duplexes, and one- to three-bedroom apartments that are available to buy. Properties range in price from AED 540,000 (USD 150,000) to AED 2,150,000 (USD 585,000). The 45-storey tower has a swimming pool, a modern gym, and a car park for the residents.

Attractions

The main attraction in the Al Mamzar area is Al Mamzar Beach Park. It is home to Happy Dolphin Restaurant, an outdoor amphitheatre, several playgrounds, camping areas, and a volleyball court. There is a fee to enter and drive into the park.

There are beaches for swimming in Al Mamzar, and visitors can access them via the promenades along Al Mamzar Beach Street and Al Khaleej Street. There are changing rooms, tables with awnings, and showers. The beaches are free but do not offer a view of the open bay. Those who want to admire the skyline should head to Al Mamzar Beach Park.

Al Mamzar Sharjah is situated near Al Khan, and Expo Centre Sharjah can be reached within a five-minute drive. The complex features five domes and hosts various local and international events throughout the year.
