Porto Playa – new launch in Ras Al Khaimah

Porto Playa is a new residential development on Hayat Island, Mina Al Arab in Ras Al Khaimah. It is being developed by 2 leading real estate giants – RAK Properties and Ellington Properties. The long-awaited release features an array of 1–3 bedroom apartments, 2-bedroom townhouses and 3-bedroom villas. Also, a limited collection of 4-bedroom presidential suites is on offer for acquisition.

Hayat Island is a serene waterfront neighbourhood of 6 million sq. ft. It comprises a large sandy beach, landscaped parks and a central square with ponds, fountains, and colourful sculptures. Residents of Porto Playa will have easy access to the mainland thanks to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Salem Road close by. As a result, a trip to Ras Al Khaimah International Airport will take about half an hour. A short drive away, you can reach a number of various facilities, such as Choithrams Mina Al Arab, Al Bateen Supermarket, Bloom Supermarket, Vets24 Veterinary Clinic and Al Jazeera Al Hamra School C1, among others.
