New phase in the Verdes by Haven project in Dubailand

Aldar Properties has announced the new phase of its luxury residential project Verdes by Haven in Dubailand. There are apartments with 2-3 bedrooms and duplexes with two bedrooms. Construction is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2028.

On the territory of Verdes by Haven there are coworking spaces, a swimming pool, a central park, meditation pavilions, sports courts, a clinic and a community center.
