Meera Tower – new launch in Dubai

The Al Habtoor Group has introduced a new neighbourhood in the center of Dubai – Al Habtoor City, called Meera Tower, and is one of 3 residential buildings in the community.

Meera Tower has 52 storey’s and offers 16 lofts, 65 one-bedroom apartments, 162 two-bedroom residences, 84 three-bedroom apartments, 13 four-bedroom residences and 4 luxury penthouses, with the total number of available residential units in the building constituting 344.

Loft apartments are situated on levels 2  to 6, and property areas vary from 1,384 sq. ft to 2,581 sq. ft. Stylish apartments with 1 and 2 bedrooms are located across levels 8 to 20, while apartments with 3 and 4 bedrooms are situated on floors 22 to 42. The property area of 1-bedroom apartments constitutes 859 sq. ft – 1,050 sq. ft, while 2-bedroom residences range from 1,251sq. ft – 1,622 sq. ft. Three bedroom apartments have living areas from 1,931 sq. ft – 1,987 sq. ft and of 4-bedroom residences range between 2,933 sq. ft – 3,798 sq. ft. Apartments with 4 bedrooms are also located on floors 44 to 46.

Penthouses with 6 and 7 bedrooms are situated across floors 47-51, and property areas range from 9,452 sq. ft to 15,953 sq. ft. Penthouses in the Meera Tower offer residents their own private swimming pool area.
