Lillia – new launch in Dubai

Lillia represents the sixth developmental phase of The Valley, a project by the world-famous Emaar Properties, located in the heart of Dubailand. The release consists of 406 carefully crafted townhouses spread out over two storeys and boasting 3 or 4 bedrooms each. As of Q1 2024, the starting price for a property in this project is AED 2M (USD 545K).

There is a 90/10 payment plan available, including a 10% booking fee. The first instalment of 80% is due during construction, and the final 10% is to be paid in Q1 2027, upon completion of the complex.
