The report highlights the remarkable achievements of Dubai in attracting and nurturing top talents, professionals and entrepreneurs. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, expressed his appreciation for Dubai’s notable ranking and emphasised the city’s dedication to attracting top talents.

The Harvard Business Review’s report, based on LinkedIn data between August 2022 and July 2023, provides valuable insights into global talent hubs. It categorises cities into four tiers: Global Superstar Hubs, Global Talent Hubs, Significant Hubs, and Regional Hubs. In this categorisation, Dubai is recognised as a Global Talent Hub, with 26 mentions.
London takes the lead as a Global Superstar Hub with 49 mentions, demonstrating its status as a prime destination for global talent. New York follows closely with 36 mentions, further highlighting its appeal to skilled professionals across industries. Dubai has 26 mentions, and stands out as a top choice for talented individuals looking for remarkable career opportunities and a vibrant lifestyle.
