Bayviews – new launch in Ras Al Khaimah

The largest listed developer in Ras Al Khaimah, RAK Properties, has announced the launch of Bayviews in Mina Al Arab. The exquisite complex comprises 2 towers — Bayviews North and Bayviews South, with 17 and 14 storeys, respectively. There is a selection of studios and 1-2 bedroom apartments, alongside full floors available for acquisition at the starting cost of AED 530K (USD 144K). RAK Properties offers a 40/60 payment plan, with a 10% down payment, and 3-year post-handover scheme.
