Due to the popularity of upscale waterfront units in Dubai, the Luce complex on Palm Jumeirah has been fully sold out, as stated by Taraf Division CEO, Ahmad Shibel.

The exquisite development comprises 9 floors and includes 2-4 bedroom custom-made apartments, as well as a duplex and a full-floor penthouse. The total number of residences is just 38.
