The Heart of Europe is a new resort-style community located in Dubai. The idea of creating themed islands was implemented by Nakheel. Each resort is dedicated to the culture and atmosphere of a European state. The development is part of a large-scale project called Dubai World Islands, which represents seven different parts of the world. Real estate was designed to attract tourists.
The Heart of Europe consists of six islands. The first phase of construction includes communities that were inspired by Sweden, St. Petersburg, and Germany. The second phase will be inspired by Switzerland, Venice, and France. Properties include serviced apartments, as well as villas that are located on the coastline. The community will also be home to various floating villas on a lagoon. Units will have underwater floors, and residents will be able see ocean life through glass walls.
The developers focused on recreating the atmosphere of various European countries. For this purpose, streets are equipped with climate control systems. Depending on the community, visitors can experience artificial snow and rain. There will also be events that focus on specific European festivals. The development has plans for several entertainment venues, retail stores, restaurants, and nightclubs.
Studios have a starting price of AED 1,300,000 (USD 354,000), and villas have a starting price of AED 10,000,000 (USD 2,723,000).
*The price is valid for 2021
The Heart of Europe is located within 4 km of Dubai’s most prominent coastal areas. Land transport is currently unavailable, which adds to the exclusivity of the project. Properties can be reached within a 20-minute speedboat ride. The lack of cars and buses provides an abundance of fresh air. At this stage of development, a cable car line is being built.
The master plan was designed to accommodate a local entertainment industry. Residents will have the opportunity to enjoy recreational facilities and shopping centres located within walking distance of the residences. Each island will also have spas, health clubs, and beauty salons.
The Heart of Europe is already home to Portofino Hotel and Cote d’Azur Resort, which provide several restaurants and cafes serving European cuisines. Residents can also enjoy Absinthe Lounge, a piano bar. The community is located near many beaches that offer water activities, such as water ballet and scuba diving. Residents can host events on yachts or by the pool.
Coastal real estate in the Heart of Europe has a return on investment rate of 8.3%. As a result, properties are in demand among investors. Apartments and villas are ideal for honeymooners, families on holidays, and groups of friends. The thematic islands are aimed to attract a wide range of tourists from all over the world. Visitors can swim and sunbathe on private beaches, attend festivals and cultural events, and enjoy water sports. This unique project was designed to create an atmosphere of relaxation and fun. Therefore, property owners can expect a constant flow of tenants.
