The Heart of Europe is a new resort-style community located in Dubai. The idea of creating themed islands was implemented by Nakheel. Each resort is dedicated to the culture and atmosphere of a European state. The development is part of a large-scale project called Dubai World Islands, which represents seven different parts of the world. Real estate was designed to attract tourists. The Heart of Europe consists of six islands. The first phase of construction includes communities that were inspired by Sweden, St. Petersburg, and Germany. The second phase will be inspired by Switzerland, Venice, and France.
