Sobha Hartland Forest Plots – land for sale by Sobha Realty

Sobha Hartland is a premium gated community in the MBR City area, developed by one of the leading developers in Dubai – Sobha Realty. The residential project consists of 1,100 units of property, including studios, 1-3 bedroom apartments, duplexes, townhouses and 4-6 bedroom villas.

The community is located in close proximity to the Dubai Water Canal, at the intersection of the Al Ain Road and Ras Al Khor Road highways. The following locations are within a 15-minute drive of the development:

The construction of the Sobha Hartland neighbourhood began in 2016 and is being carried out in 3 stages. The construction of most of the communal facilities were completed in 2019 and their commissioning has already begun. The open sale of the third phase of Sobha Hartland, which includes a limited collection of land plots for the development of villas, will be open in the near future.

All land plots are located in the Tranquility cluster and are combined into two sub-communities:

  • Canal Plots – located along the Dubai Water Canal and includes 7 land plots with an area of 6,953 sq. ft.
  • Forest Plots – located in a park area and offers a total of 64 plots of land with an area of 4,596 sq. ft.

The cost of land plots is AED 754 (USD 205) per sq. ft. The purchase of a plot allows the investor to build a premium villa according to any individual project. In Sobha Hartland, you can create a unique property in accordance with your own needs and preferences.
