Omniyat Properties Company has started selling property in The Sterling project again. The residential development offers studios, 1, 2 and 3-bedrooms apartments for sale, with prices for studios starting from AED 928,000 (USD 253,000). One bedroom apartments cost AED 1,382,000 (USD 376,000), 2-bedroom residences are AED 3,004,000 (USD 818,000) and 3-bedroom apartments start from AED 3,477,000 (USD 947,000).

All residences in the complex will come fully furnished and equipped with European household appliances. Housing units have large terraces with glass balustrades and direct access from the living areas and bedrooms.
