Urbana II is a project from Emaar Properties, it is the second phase of the Emaar South development. The complex was commissioned in 2020.
This community comprises two- and three-bedroom townhouses. Homes are priced from AED 900,000 (USD 245,041). The average size of the units is 1,100 sq. ft (100 sq. m).
